OMER COUNT DAY 31
Jeremiah 33 | When Promise Speaks in the Dark
There are seasons where it feels like nothing is moving, where you are confined, waiting and not seeing the full picture and yet, it is often in those very places that Father speaks some of His clearest promises.
In this hour, many are in positions where things feel delayed or restricted but this is not silence. This is not absence, this is a place where Father is inviting you to call on Him, to lean in and to receive what you could not see before because sometimes, clarity does not come in the open, it comes in the stillness.
The Chapter Unfolded
In Jeremiah 33, Jeremiah is still confined. The situation around him has not yet changed and the pressure is still there yet, in that very place, the word of YAHUAH comes again.
“Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things you do not know.”
This is an invitation, not just to hear, but to engage. YAHUAH begins to speak of restoration, of healing and of rebuilding what was broken. He speaks of joy returning, of voices of gladness being heard again and of a people restored and established.
Then He anchors it in covenant by declaring that His promises are as sure as the order of day and night. In other words, what He has spoken is not uncertain, but it is established even if it is not yet visible.
A Moment to Look Within
Have I mistaken my current season for silence, when Father may actually be inviting me closer? Am I willing to call on Him, to seek Him deeply, even when I don’t yet see the outcome or have I become passive in the waiting? Do I truly believe that He can reveal what I cannot yet see?
Abba Yahuah,
Thank You that You speak, even in the hidden places. Teach me to draw near to You, not only when things are clear, but especially when they are not. Give me a heart that seeks You, that calls on You, and that listens.
Open my understanding to see what I have not yet seen and strengthen my faith to trust Your promises, even when they are not yet visible.
Thank You that Your Word is sure, and that what You have spoken will come to pass.
I choose to trust You.
In the name of YAHUSHUA, halleluYAH!
What feels like a closed space may actually be a place of revelation. Father has not stopped speaking. His promises have not weakened. And what He has declared over your life is still standing.
So call on Him. Lean in. Stay expectant because even in the dark, He is already speaking light.
Shalom beloved,
