OMER COUNT DAY 5
🌿 Counting the Omer – Day 5
Jeremiah 7 | True Worship and the Dwelling Place
As we step into Day 5 of the Omer, we are drawn into Book of Jeremiah chapter 7, a deeply confronting yet loving call to examine what true worship really looks like.
In this chapter, the people were standing in the temple, declaring confidence in it, saying in their hearts, “The temple of Yahuah, the temple of Yahuah…” believing that their outward connection to a set-apart place was enough, but the response of Yahuah cuts deeper: He is not looking for a place, they must become the place.

This speaks so clearly into where we are right now.
After the purging before Pesach, after returning, after refining and choosing the ancient paths, now comes a deeper question: Does our daily walk reflect true worship, or only outward form?
YAHUAH begins to reveal that true worship is not found in words alone, or in gatherings alone, but in how we live before Him. How we walk in justice and righteousness, how we treat others and how we guard our hearts from idols and compromise, because a temple without obedience becomes empty and this is the loving warning in Jeremiah 7.
The people trusted in the structure, but their hearts were far from Him. They believed they were secure because of where they stood, not because of how they lived.
For the Restored Remnant in this hour, this is a refining word. We are being called beyond appearance, beyond routine and beyond knowing the right language, into a life where we become a dwelling place for His presence. Where our lives reflect Elohim daily, not just in moments, but in every step.

For Us in This Moment
Day 5 of the Omer is an invitation to align worship with obedience. Ask Him today: “Abba Yahuah, does my life truly reflect Your dwelling place?” Not with fear—but with a willing and surrendered heart, because His desire has never changed: He desires to dwell with His people and within them.

Take heart, beloved—this is not a call to strive, but a call to become. Yahuah is gently shaping your life into a place where His presence can rest fully. Every adjustment, every conviction, every moment of surrender is building something set-apart within you.
Do not measure your journey by perfection, but by your willingness to respond. You are being formed into a living dwelling place for Elohim, and that is a beautiful and sacred process. Stay close, stay open, and trust that He is faithfully establishing His presence within you, step by step.

Let the counting count, dancing through Jeremiah.
Shalom beloved,
