OPERATION ROARING LION
They were planning a quick shock-and-awe bombing campaign followed by swift regime change. Instead, Iran is demonstrating that they are prepared for a long war. In a recent article by Al Jazeera, Trump stated that the Iran war is projected to last four to five weeks, if not longer. Here is the full article:

The New War Begins: February 28, 2026
In less than a year, the US and Israel are once again at war with Iran in what has become their greatest joint surprise attack since the 12-Day War in June 2025. Within hours of launching this new war, called “ROARING LION” their combined forces eliminated the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, who ruled Iran for 47 years.
This changes everything.
Iran now faces an existential crisis. Under such pressure, it is highly likely they will deploy their most powerful weapons, including the nuclear-capable Khorramshahr-4 missile, which can reach Israel in only eight minutes.
The Midnight Cry Awareness
Before we go further, we must understand what this season requires. Matthew 25 does not only describe ten virgins who were sleeping. It reveals something deeper. At midnight, a cry rang out: “Behold, the Bridegroom is coming; go out to meet Him!” (Matthew 25:6).
There were ten virgins, yes. Five wise and five foolish. They were all sleeping. But they were not the ones who initiated the awakening. There was a people awake enough to release the cry.
That is the Midnight Cry Awareness.
It is the grace to discern the hour, the courage to sound the alarm, and the oil to sustain the flame. The wise virgins were ready, but the cry came from watchful voices who understood the timing. Without the cry, the sleepers would have remained asleep.
We are not called to panic. We are called to awaken. We are children of light, not of darkness. And in every generation, the Father raises voices who carry the midnight cry.

The Trigger of Tribulation
In Matthew 24:15–21, Yahushua speaks of the abomination of desolation striking the modern state of Israel. According to this passage, people will be fleeing during “winter or on the Sabbath” when this event unfolds. He does not instruct believers to pray that it will not happen. Instead, He says to pray “that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath.” The instruction is clear: be prepared. Have a plan. Do not flee in confusion like everyone else.
When we examine the Greek text, we read:
χειμῶνος μηδὲ ἐν σαββάτῳ
“winter, nor on Sabbath”
The wording strongly ties the event to a winter Sabbath. With only two Sabbaths remaining in this twelfth Hebrew month—Saturday, March 7, and Saturday, March 14—before the expected New Moon on March 20, 2026, the window appears narrow. If Iran’s nuclear capability is not used within these two weeks, then according to this timeline, we would need to wait another six months until the next Hebrew winter begins in September 2026.
The pressing question is this: can Iran realistically hold off that long?
With US and Israeli attacks designed to be swift, punishing, and decisive, it seems unlikely that Iran could endure until September under the current pressure.
The approaching blood moon on March 3 (Joel 2:31) and the timing of Purim, potentially echoing Amos 8:10 — “I will turn your feasts into mourning” — intensify the sense that events are accelerating.

While it remains possible that the timeline extends six months or longer, wisdom calls for preparation now.
This is not about fear; it is about readiness. As written in 1 Thessalonians 5:5, “For you are all children of light and children of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.” Those who walk in the light are not caught unaware. It is always better to be ready than to be caught unprepared.
Total lunar eclipse (a “blood moon”) on March 3, 2026
Another interesting point many watchmen are noticing is the celestial timing this year. On March 3, 2026, the moon will pass through Earth’s shadow and take on a deep reddish hue — what many call a blood moon. This total lunar eclipse happens during Purim on the Hebrew calendar — the very feast that remembers deliverance from danger.
Astronomers confirm that similar eclipse patterns occurred during the years around Yahushua’s crucifixion — including lunar eclipses near Passover in AD 32–33.
Whether one sees these alignments as providential timing or simply the handiwork of YAHUAH’s ordered universe, it is clear that in this moment the heavens are reminding us of the times and seasons and calling the faithful to prayer, watchfulness, and hearts aligned with His will.
Anchored in the Light
None of this is given to stir fear in our hearts. It is given so that we may stand firm.
The Father never reveals the signs of the times to frighten His children. He reveals them so that we will not be surprised, confused, or overcome. Darkness may increase, but so will clarity for those who walk in the light.
If we belong to Him, we are not appointed for panic, but for purpose. Not for chaos, but for courage. The same Messiah who warned about these days also promised to be with us to the end of the age.
Let your heart be steady. Keep oil in your lamp. Stay close to His voice. Those who abide in Him will not be shaken by what shakes the world.
We are children of the day.
HOW DO WE PRAY IN THIS HOUR?
We are not called to pray against what the Father has already declared. Prophecy is not reversed by fear-driven petitions. But we are absolutely called to pray in the middle of unfolding events.
Pray for endurance.
Pray for mercy in the midst of shaking.
Pray for protection over the innocent and boldness for the believers in the region.
Pray to be found watchful and filled with oil.
Yahushua did not tell us to pray that the hour would not come. He told us to pray that we would be ready when it does. That is how we stand in times like these.
Shalom beloved,
