OMER COUNT DAY 6
🌿 Counting the Omer – Day 6
Jeremiah 8 | Healing and the Condition of the Heart
As we step into Day 6 of the Omer, we are drawn into Book of Jeremiah chapter 8—a chapter that reveals the condition of the heart when truth is known, yet not embraced.
There is a deep sorrow in this chapter. Yahuah speaks of a people who have fallen, yet refuse to return… who hear correction, yet do not take hold of it, and one of the most piercing lines is this: they say, “Peace, peace,” when there is no true peace.
This speaks so clearly into our time. After the purging, after returning, after choosing the ancient paths, after aligning worship…now the question becomes: Have we truly received His correction, or have we only heard it?
Jeremiah 8 reveals a danger…to become familiar with truth, yet unchanged by it. There is also a cry for healing in this chapter:
“Is there no balm…? Is there no healer?”
And the answer is not that healing is absent—but that the people were not positioning themselves to receive it.
For Us in This Moment
Day 6 of the Omer is an invitation to fully receive both correction and healing. Not to resist conviction, and not to settle for surface peace…but to allow Yahuah to go deep within.
Ask Him today:
“Abba Yahuah, have I truly received Your truth, and am I allowing You to heal every place within me?” because His desire is not only to correct—but to restore.
🌿
Take heart, beloved—Yahuah is not exposing things in your heart to leave you there, but to heal you completely. Every place He touches carries His intention to restore, to renew, and to make whole.
Do not be discouraged if the process feels deep or even tender…this is where true transformation happens. You are not being left in brokenness; you are being led into healing.
Stay open, stay soft, and trust that He is faithful to complete what He has started within you, bringing you into wholeness and peace that is real and lasting.
Shalom,
