We Do Not Follow the World’s Clock

As the world follows the turning of the Gregorian calendar—celebrating Christmas and now welcoming a secular New Year—we, as the Restored Remnant, do not align ourselves with the rhythms of the world. We are not governed by man-made systems or worldly traditions. We walk according to the appointed times of Yahuah.

When Yahuah brought the children of Israel out of Egypt, out of bondage and deception, He reset time itself by His command:

“This month shall be unto you the beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you.”
Exodus 12:2

This month is AVIV, which on the Gregorian calendar generally falls around March or April, depending on the sighting of the new moon. AVIV is the month of deliverance, redemption, and new beginnings. It marks the true turning of the year according to Heaven, not according to Babylonian systems. Time was re-established when Yahuah redeemed His people, reminding us that freedom and obedience go hand in hand.

As the world continues in mainstream traditions and celebrates what Scripture does not appoint, we remain watchful, discerning, and set apart. We do not follow the lie of the age, for we are called out of Egypt—out of confusion and compromise—to walk in Spirit and in Truth.

Our New Year does not begin with noise and celebration, but with alignment, obedience, and expectancy. We wait for AVIV. We watch the signs. We prepare our hearts. We align our lives with Yahuah’s divine order.

We declare that we are a set-apart people, redeemed and restored by Yahuah.
We reject the traditions of the world and align ourselves with His appointed times.
We proclaim AVIV as the head of the year, the season of deliverance and renewal.
We choose obedience over convenience, Truth over tradition, and Heaven’s timing over man’s calendar.

We stand as the Restored Remnant, walking in step with Yahuah’s order,
in the Name of Yahushua HaMashiach. HalleluYAH!

Shalom beloved

Mattaniah
