Day 31 (Tishri 2) Day of AWE 2 – Spirit, Soul & Body
MODEH ANI – MORNING PRAYER
Abba YAHUAH, a beautiful day is rising over Your creation. The heavens declare Your majesty, and the earth whispers of Your greatness. Every sunrise is an invitation to honor You, to proclaim that You alone are the Almighty Eloah of the universe.
One day every knee shall bow, every tongue shall confess, that Your Name is YAHUAH — above all, sovereign and unshakable, the ALMIGHTY who reigns and holds everything in perfect order.Father, as we step into the seventh Biblical month, the season of Your appointed times, the last three fall feasts, my heart longs to glorify You.
Let every deed of my hands, every word from my lips, and every thought within me be an offering of worship. Let my life shine as a reflection of You — set apart, consecrated, a testimony of a people awaiting the Bridegroom with oil in their lamps and hope in their hearts.
Teach us, Father, to walk in Your ways. Open the treasures of Your Word, and reveal to us the depth of Your will and the rhythm of Your heartbeat. Shape us to desire what You desire, to love what You love, to walk as children of light in the shadow of Your covering. In Yahushua’s Name, I lift this prayer — HalleluYAH!

Yom Teruah VS Rosh Hashanah
The name “Rosh Hashanah” is a man made name & tradition and not the beginning of the Biblical Calendar as Father instructed. The instruction regarding Abib (or Aviv) as the head of the year is found in Exodus 12:2. “This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.” and NOT now, according to Jewish beliefs.
The Hebrew word “Aviv” (sometimes spelled “Abib”) refers to the stage of ripening of the barley, which signals the start of the Biblical year in the spring.
So, YAHUAH Himself instructed the Israelites to start counting the year from the month of Aviv, tying it to the barley harvest and the timing of Passover and not from the 7th month of Tishri.
Remember we are in the season of deception and we need to dicern in Spirit and TRUTH. So, we are not following man made traditions of Rabbis, Jewish calendars or false interpretations. No, we are following the instructions of YAHUAH as written in His Word. The head of the year according to Exo 12:2 is at Abib/Aviv, the time of Passover, in Spring time. We must always observe the seasons in Israel to understand YAHUAH’s instructions according to the times of the feasts.

Yom Teruah, also called the Feast of Trumpets, is a biblical festival observed on the first day of the seventh month, Tishri. It is marked by the sounding of the shofar (ram’s horn), calling people to awaken spiritually, repent, and prepare for judgment.
The day emphasizes remembrance, renewal, and turning back to Yahuah with sincerity. Yom Teruah begins the Ten Days of Awe, leading to Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. It is also associated with themes of kingship, coronation, and the hope of Messiah’s return, symbolizing both warning and joyful anticipation of redemption.
A good teaching to listen regarding this topic is the following video.
TESHUVAH Return:
For so long we have prepared the Bride Spiritually and for so long we taught about purification of the soul, but what if the vessel that carries the Spirit and soul cannot endure the race? For how long can a body drained from stress, fatigue and illness support the Spirit and the soul to fulfil its destiny?
How prophetically is it not that the body of Yahushua is in need of desperately change and recovery as well as our fleshly bodies to be strong enough for the dark times we are in? Just as the “body of Yahushua” is in a terrible state, our fleshly bodies are too.
We are preparing our souls to get in line with YAHUAH’s Word and will and Yahushua is healing our spiritual wounds, but He showed me lately that we are neglecting our own bodies in the flesh. It is in this unhealthy state that the enemy is attacking our bodies to make us weak and weary.

Yes, it is true that our bodies are a temporarily temple, but if we neglect to take good care of it and be watchful about what we take in, then we can be much more effective in the body of Yahushua with a healthy fleshly body.
Do you realize that one of the biggest traps of the enemy is Pharmacia, then processed-, canned-, frozen-, fast- and all junk foods? Even alcohol, drugs, nicotine, and all the bad stuff the world present to us are all traps of slavery to take us out, to put us down and to make us weary and weak.
BERACHAH Blessing:
YAHUAH is saying “LET MY PEOPLE GO!”
As many of you know, I am also learning in my journey about YAHUAH’s Ancient Path every day. The Scripture in Jeremiah 6:16 encourage us to walk in the Ancient Paths of YAHUAH, the GOOD WAY. “Stand by the roads and look; ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is; then walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, “We will not walk in it!”
Here we see clearly there will be people who will not walk in it, but Abba promises us that if we walk in it, that it will give us rest for our souls, and this includes the health of our bodies.
If we follow Abba’s instructions in His Word about what we need to eat, or not to eat to stay healthy, that is part of worship and to follow in His Ancient Path.

Remember when Yahushua died for us no human body changed in the process. In other words, Yahushua did died for our sins, but the food laws didn’t die with Him, our bodies are still flesh and is the same bodies when Abba started to give the food law-instructions. So we need to be obedient and follow it to secure the health blessings that we will receive.
Teshuvah is not only a matter of the heart—it must also be seen in the body. Paul prays that even our physical lives would be kept blameless. Our bodies are the temple of the Ruach (1 Corinthians 6:19), and Torah shows us how to honor Yahuah with them.
When we repent, we turn away from defilement. This means guarding what enters our mouths by following the food instructions of Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14. It means giving our bodies rest on the Shabbat as Yahuah commanded, instead of chasing our own works. It means presenting our bodies as instruments of righteousness, not for sin (Romans 6:13).
Teshuvah of the body is choosing to walk differently. It is letting our physical actions testify that we belong to Yahuah. Every meal, every step, every act of obedience becomes worship. In this way, our body is preserved blameless until YAHUSHUA returns.
SCRIPTURE: 1 Thessalonians 5:23
“And may the Elohim of peace Himself fully sanctify you, and may your whole SPIRIT & SOUL & BODY be kept blameless at the coming of our Master Yahushua Messiah.”
Paul reminds us here that YAHUAH is not only interested in our hearts or beliefs but in our entire being. Spirit, soul, and body must all be set apart for Him. Torah shows us how.
SPIRIT – Our spirit connects with Yahuah through His Ruach. We nurture it with prayer, worship, and the study of His Word. As we walk in His Ruach, we gain strength to overcome the flesh.
SOUL – Our soul—our mind, will, and emotions—needs constant renewal. Torah trains us to think Yahuah’s thoughts and to love what He loves. When we choose obedience, our soul comes into harmony with His will.
BODY– Our body is the temple of the Ruach (1 Corinthians 6:19). Torah gives us clear instructions on how to honor Yahuah with our bodies: By eating clean foods (Leviticus 11; Deuteronomy 14), we respect His design and remain set apart.
By keeping Sabbath and His appointed times (Leviticus 23), we give our bodies the rest He commands and align with His holy calendar.

By avoiding defilement (Leviticus 20:25–26), we live in holiness, remembering we are called to be different from the nations.
To be “preserved blameless” is not about perfection in our own strength. It is about surrendering fully to Yahuah and allowing His Ruach to guide us.
The Elohim who calls us is faithful—He will empower us to walk in obedience until the day YAHUSHUA comes.
Practical Steps for Today
Spirit: Set aside time for prayer and meditation on Yahuah’s Word.
Soul: Replace worldly thoughts with promises from Scripture. Speak His Word over your emotions.
Body: Make choices that honor His Torah—eat only clean foods and rest in His Shabbat.

Prayer
Abba YAHUAH, I thank You that You are the Elohim of peace who sanctifies me wholly. I yield my spirit, soul, and body to You. Teach me to honor Your Torah in every part of my life. Help me to keep my body clean, my soul aligned with Your truth, and my spirit alive in Your Ruach.
Preserve me blameless until the coming of my Master YAHUSHUA Messiah. HALLELUYAH!
