Day 20 (Elul 20) – SPIRIT & TRUTH

MODEH ANI – MORNING PRAYER

Abba YAHUAH, Your creation is singing a song to You on this new day that You have made. Thank You for awakening me today and embarking me on a new adventure with You. I acknowledge You as my Way Maker, my Promise Keeper, and my Light in the darkness. Father, prepare my “field” to be acceptable in Your sight. Help me to identify the mixed seed in my life, show me how to uproot it, and replace it with Your Truth and show me how to walk in Spirit and in Truth.

I want to be purified by Your refining fire and be a set-apart, pure bride for my Bridegroom. Thank You for Your grace and for this Hidden Manna season in which You are preparing us, nourishing us, and guiding us in Your ancient paths—where the good way is and where we will find Your Shalom. Father, bless me and keep me; let Your face shine upon me, be gracious to me, and give me Your Shalom. In the beautiful Name of Yahushua – HALLELUYAH!

REFLECTION: Mixed seeds and unwanted Deeds

Without thinking too much about it we actually know worldly patterns are woven into our daily routines without us even noticing. Some patterns come through family generations, some through our genes, and others we pick up through friendships, church streams, religious beliefs, doctrines of teachers, and many other areas. Everyone and everything leave a seed in our souls that makes an impact on our lives. It all depends on which seed we water and which seed we choose to uproot and burn.

Beloved, if we are going through the Refining Fire of YAHUAH, mixed seeds will be uprooted. In this season, He is exposing these mixed seeds like never before.

Mixed seeds are anything that is not of YAHUAH, which we try to blend with His Truth and His ways—His commandments, His Torah, His Feasts, His Shabbat, and His Word. It is an impure mixture of worldly and fleshly perspectives that contradict everything our Father stands for.

As we draw closer to the end of the church age, the mixed seed is entering our lives more subtly than ever before. It no longer creeps into our “field” through a hidden doorway, but rather in plain sight—right in front of our eyes. Yet many are ignorant of it and do not even realize that there is mixed seed in their lives or even what mix seed are.

TESHUVAH Return: Out with the Sugar-Coated Mixed Seed, IN with the PURE BREED

If we start digging, and the KING in our field digs with us, He will uproot and expose those mixed seeds and show us how to deal with them and restore our soul with His Truth. Beloved, this is a deep dive, and it’s a hard one too, because the very seeds that seems good and truthful are the sugar-coated mixed seeds infiltrating our soul-soil — seeds that are not the purebred Truth of Abba YAHUAH.

A purebred symbolizes being set-apart, unmixed, and fully aligned with YAHUAH’s Truth — not blended with worldly or false teachings.

This is one of the hardest phases to go through, because in our own eyes we often can’t see the mixed seeds for what they really are. Beloved, please pay special attention to working through this with YAHUSHUA, our KING in the field, and ask Him to expose these mixed seeds and show you how to deal with them.

He is faithful. Remember, He already knows what and where the mixed seeds are, so now you only need to humble yourself and trust Him to work through this with you.

Remember, if you ask Him to show you His Truth, He will expose the mixed seeds in your life. Don’t be ignorant — take this action seriously, because this is serious for Him. If you have asked for the Truth and He begins to expose and uproot the mixed seeds, you need to step up, work with Him, and start to walk the walk — the walk in SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH.

BERACHAH Blessing: The True Seed is Yahuah’s Seed

If the mixed seeds are uprooted, then free space is opened in your soul-soil for the KING in the field to fill with His Truth — a Truth that will bear heavenly fruit, anointed and inspired by the Ruach HaKodesh. It will fill your life with joy, gratitude, and understanding of the true knowledge and wisdom of our living Creator Eloah, YAHUAH, the ONE Who stands in SPIRIT and TRUTH.

The whole Bible is soaked with blessings if we walk in His Spirit and Truth. It is an anointed path that will change your way of thinking, your way of living, your way of speaking, and even the things you choose to listen to or watch.

It will purify your soul-soil in a way that is pleasing in the presence of the KING in the field.

SCRIPTURE: Matthew 7:20-23

One of the most intriguing Scriptures regarding mixed seed for me is from Matthew 7. These verses are a reminder of the impact mixed seeds can have in our lives and the result thereof.

“20 – Surely from their fruits you shall know them. 21 – It will not be that just everyone who says to Me, ‘Master, Master,’ will enter into the kingdom of Heaven, but only those who do the will of My Father in Heaven. 22 – Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Master, Master, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name do many works of power?’ 23 – And then I will declare to them, from everlasting, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who work lawlessness!’”

Beloved, this is a very hard word for all of us, because so many of us operate in the prophetic, and we are teachers of the Word, counsellors, we do deliverance, pray for the sick, and perform many works of power in the name of Yahushua, don’t we? In this passage, Yahushua is pointing to the mixed seed, because it is the mixed seed that brings lawlessness, and the result is that we will be rejected by the very Person whose Name we used to operate in. If this is not a wake-up call, then I don’t know what would be. Do you understand how subtle these mixed seeds can infiltrate our soul-soil?

The other Scripture I want to quote is from Noah in Genesis 6. Interestingly, in Gen 6:6 (6 being the number of flesh), YAHUAH sighed with sorrow that He had made man — only six chapters after creation, everything was contaminated with mixed seed, except Noah. Verse 9 states: “These are the generations of Noah. Noah, a righteous man, had been WITHOUT BLEMISH in his generations. Noah walked with Eloah.” Not only did Noah walk in Spirit and in Truth, but he was WITHOUT BLEMISH and found without mixed seed, and that was the reason he was saved with his family in the Ark.

This is how serious Yahuah is about mixed seeds! He destroyed the whole earth, all flesh and the beasts on the earth, due to mixed seed. Let’s pause here, not only today, but also in the next 20 days and ask Yahushua to help us with this process and for Him to expose every mixed seed in our lives.

The most well-known Scripture about spirit and truth is from John 4, where YAHUSHUA speaks to the Samaritan woman at the well:

John 4:23–24:
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. YAHUAH is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.“

Walking in Spirit and Truth

It is vital that we do not allow mixed seed in any area of our lives. As true worshippers of YAHUAH, He is seeking a people who will walk fully in His SPIRIT and TRUTH, especially in this final hour. Let us dedicate ourselves to purity, wholehearted worship, and alignment with His Word, so that our lives reflect His glory.

EXSTRA TEACHING

Recently I listened to Dr. Laura’s teaching about identifying false prophecy and false light within the church. In this episode, Dr. Laura Sanger addresses mixture in our lives and how easy it is to become double-minded. Using the text in I Kings 18 and Revelation 3, Dr. Laura confronts the lukewarm church. She helps us identify how good intentions can open the door to false light, false Holy Spirit, and false prophetic operating in our churches in the form of mixed seed. It’s truly a call to repentance.

PRAYER

Father, I can’t thank You enough for exposing the mixed seeds in my life. Only You, with Your wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, can identify them and uproot them. This is not easy, but I know You understand, and I’m prepared to stand in Your Light so that You can expose and uproot these unwanted, impure seeds in my soul-soil. I want to be in Your presence as Noah was—without any blemish. I want to be set apart, unmixed, and fully aligned with Your Truth—not blended with any worldly or false, sugar-coated seeds. I’m ready to face the Truth and to help uproot all the impure and unwanted seeds with You, walking in Spirit and Truth. In the glorious Name of the KING in my field, YAHUSHUA—HalleluYAH!
