Day 9 (Elul 9) EL ROI – The ELOAH Who Sees

MODEH ANI – MORNING PRAYER

Heavenly Father, as the new day flows in with spectacular colors on the horizon, I acknowledge You this morning as El Roi (אֵל רֳאִי) – The Eloah Who Sees. Thank You, Father, for granting me another day of life—a gift of mercy from Your hand. Surround me with Your glory today, that I may soak in Your presence, knowing that You ignite a wall of fire around me to manifest Yourself in this day.

Father, I declare that the highest form of worship is to obey You. May not only my lips proclaim Your Almightiness, but also my life and the path of obedience I walk with You. I am the field You are visiting; I am the field You are preparing. Thank You for leading me today, drawing me closer to You, that there may be less of me and more of You.

In the Name of Yahushua—HalleluYah!

REFLECTION:

Abba YAHUAH does not miss a single thing in our day. He is El Roi (אֵל רֳאִי) – The Eloah Who Sees, and nothing passes by Him unseen. He watches every move we make very closely.

The highest form of worship is not merely to talk the talk but to walk the walk—and this walk requires obedience to His ways and His Word, which align us with His patterns and His way of thinking.

Sometimes we do things we believe are right—things we think are holy and good in our Father’s eyes. But our way of thinking and doing is not always His way of thinking and doing.

If we do not know His patterns, His will, and His Word, then we will not be able to obey Him in a way that is truly acceptable to Him.

TESHUVAH Repent:

Take a moment today for reflection and introspection. Ask Abba YAHUAH to reveal the areas of your life where you may have been operating in a way that seemed correct, yet was not acceptable to Him. This is not easy for us to recognize through our own eyes, but today the Father wants to show you how He sees that situation.

As you recognize the areas where you have made fleshly decisions, ask Abba YAHUAH to forgive you and to show you His way of operating in those areas. Repent for doing things your own way instead of following His instructions. Confirm and declare that you desire to walk in a path of total obedience, becoming a living sacrifice that is acceptable in the eyes of the Almighty One, El Roi (אֵל רֳאִי) – The Eloah Who Sees.

Ask that He surrounds you with His wall of fire, protecting you from the enemy who seeks to lead you astray and out of the will of Abba YAHUAH.

As the King in the Field walks with you today, He desires that you come into alignment with His vision for your future—a life fully devoted to Him, marked by total obedience.

BERACHAH Blessing:

The highest form of worship is hidden in total obedience. This is the place that pleases our Heavenly Father and our King in the Field, YAHUSHUA. Obedience brings blessings; total surrender ignites a life which fragrant is pleasing in the sight of Abba YAHUAH. Nothing delights Him more than a set-apart soul walking faithfully in His ways.

See yourself as a burning fragrance before the Father, rising sweetly from a life wholly devoted to Him. Such an offering draws His favor, and He opens His hands to pour out blessings over your life.

Will the path be easy? No. Will there be persecution? Yes. Yet, to walk in obedience, to become a fragrance acceptable to Abba YAHUAH, we must follow His ways regardless of the world’s judgment.

Satisfy the Father’s heart. Walk in total obedience in every area of your life. When He sees a life fully yielded to Him, He will let your cup overflow, guiding you supernaturally and providing from the riches of His heavenly chambers. Every blessing, every provision, every act of guidance, all will glorify Him and honor His Name if we walk a total walk of obedience.

SCRIPTURE: 1 Chronicles 13:1-14

The above Scripture teaches us a lesson that King David needed to learn: to follow the Father’s way of doing things and obey only His ways, not our own—even when we think our actions are good and holy in the Father’s sight. If we follow our own way, there can be serious consequences for disobedience.

David wanted to bring the Ark to the City of David, and in this chapter we see who he consulted and how he made his decisions. In verse one, the chapter begins:
“And David consulted the chiefs of the thousands and of the hundreds, every leader.”

He did not consult Abba YAHUAH; he consulted the chiefs and leaders. The congregation agreed because it seemed right in their eyes. So, David was following what was acceptable to the people, not to YAHUAH.

David thought he was doing the right, good, and holy thing by bringing the Ark to his city. He made a brand-new cart (v.7) and placed two men, Uzza and Ahio, on it to lead the cart while the people danced and sang around it (v.8).

All the people were pleased—but just two verses later, Uzza died when he touched the Ark to steady it as the brand-new cart with the oxen stumbled.

Because of disobedience, an innocent man died that day. The Father’s instructions in the Torah are clear: the Ark of the Covenant was to be carried only by the Levites, specifically the Kohathites, using poles inserted through rings on its sides. The Ark was never to be touched directly, and it was to be covered with a special cloth or veil when transported. These instructions emphasize reverence, obedience, and holiness, showing that YAHUAH’s most sacred presence must be handled exactly according to His commands.

May this be a lesson to all of us, showing the importance of following Abba YAHUAH’s instructions and not those of men. That is the highest form of worship, to walk a life in obedience.

PRAYER:

Abba YAHUAH, please open my eyes in the Spirit from today, so that I may see Your perfect will and instructions, and do everything according to them, so that my life may be pleasing and acceptable in Your presence and in Your sight, Father.

Father, guide and teach us on the path of total surrender and obedience to Your perfect will and instructions. I desire my life to be a sweet fragrance in Your presence, and that it may be acceptable in Your eyes and pleasing in Your sight.

Thank You, Father, for this revelation and for the key You want to give us to protect ourselves and others, because our actions may lead to the harm of others, and to ourselves, if we do not consult You and follow Your ways, commandments, and will.

Father, may we not be blind in the Spirit and follow our own ways, but may we be led by Your Holy Ruach Hakodesh, walking as an obedient people, submitting all our actions, deeds, and thoughts under Your will.

In Yahushua’s beautiful name, HALLELUYAH!
