OMER COUNT DAY 48
Today marks the 48th [4+(4+4)] Omer Counting as we are heading for the 4th Spring Festival of Yahweh’s Appointed Seasons named SHAVUOT / PENTECOST, just two days to go!
The Nr.4 appears more than 300 times in some translations of the Bible and also interesting is that the 4th Tribe of Israel is the Tribe of Judah (Gen 49:8). How marvelous is it that Yahshua come out of the Tribe of Judah and that the Kingship came out of this Tribe? Definitely not a coincidence! Let’s see what Abba Father wants to reveal today.
FOUR IS THE DOOR
“I am the door. If anyone enters through Me, he will have life, and will go in, and will go out, and will find pasture.” (John 10:9) An Ancient Sheepfold was enclosed with one opening where the shepherd would sleep in the doorway to protect the sheep. So, there was no door attached to the sheepfold, the shepherd was the door. The top was opened to the sky but usually had thorns on the top of the wall so that foxes and other animals could not jump on the wall to come an attack the sheep. The shepherd at the end of each day would have each sheep pass under his staff and count and make sure all were there.
In this context, Yahshua is telling us that He is not only the shepherd of the sheep, but also the door of the sheep. In doing so, He is vividly contrasting Himself with that of the religious leaders of His time whom He describes as “thieves and robbers” (John 10:8). When Yahshua says, “I am the door,” He is reiterating the fact that only through Him is salvation possible.
This is far removed from the ecumenical teachings popular in today’s liberal religious circles. Yahshua makes it clear that any religious leader who offers salvation other than the teachings of Christ is a “thief” and a “robber.”
One who believes the gospel (Hebrews 11:6) and repents of sin (Luke 13:3) is assured of being in “the fold” and of having entered by “the door.” As followers of Yahshua, He is both our Shepherd and the Door to the sheepfold who provides for all our needs. Knowing that the world is full of predators whose sole intent is to destroy us (1 Peter 5:8), we are always under His protection. More importantly, we are fully confident that “when the Chief Shepherd appears, [we] will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away” (1 Peter 5:4).
DALET
The FOURTH letter of the Hebrew alphabet is called “Dalet” (pronounced “dahlet’) and has the sound of “d” as in “door”. The pictograph for Dalet looks something like a closed (hanging) tent door.
Now we know by Scripture that Yahshua Himself said He is THE DOOR and we also know He was born out of the TRIBE OF JUDAH.
When you go to the Stong’s Hebrew Concordance Dictionary Nr.3063 you will find the name of the tribe of Judah or Yahudah. I went to google translate and wrote the name to see how it will show in Hebrew to test a teaching I heard recently. Here you will find the DALET, written there in the 4th place from the right (like a “r” in the opposite direction). In other words if you spell it in Hebrew from right to left it will be Yod, Hey, Vav, Dalet, Hey.
Then I went to write the Name of YHWH and found that the DALET is removed from the Tribe of Judah’s word and it gives the written NAME of Yahweh as Yod, Hey, Vav, Hey without the DALET.
How profound is this revelation that Abba Father gave Nataliyah as His REVEALED name in the Tribe of Judah and when you remove THE DOOR, the DALET, it will reveal Father’s true name. Always remember our Redemptive Gifts are free gifts of the Spirit and it’s not the gifts that will break the yokes, it is the Anointing of the Spirit that will break the yokes. There is a difference between being gifted and being anointed. You need to give up something to go up. To be anointed means that you move in Spirit and in Truth and we need to learn the TRUTH of Abba’s Word to be restored as a ready remnant when the Bridegroom arrives!
Let’s rise up as a RESTORED REMNANT to the Holy Mountain and receive our anointing for a time like this!
