REDEDICATION – DAY 1
SERVING TWO MASTERS
“No one is able to serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and he will love the other, or he will cleave to the one, and he will despise the other. You are not able to serve YAHWEH and wealth.” (Matt 6:24 – HRB)
IT’S TIME TO CHOOSE
During this eight days of REDEDICATION we must realize that we cannot serve two masters. Just like Matthew wrote in the above verse, we need to make a choice. What do we hate and what do we love? Or more important, what does YAHWEH not like and what does He love us to do? What habits do we cleave on or what habits does He despise? Are we busy pleasing man or do we want to please our Elohim, Yahweh? Are we busy with our own religion and man-made feasts, rules and agendas, or are we busy obeying Yahweh’s instructions and His Word?
YAHWEH IS DOING A NEW THING
The word “Hanukkah” means rededication. The start of the Hanukkah celebrations this year, on December 25 at sundown, is very significant.Β YAHWEH IS DOING A NEW THING.Β Just as the Maccabees family took a stand not to bow their knees in front of pagan traditions and foreign gods, so we need to take a stand also this year by not following the wicked group of pagan worshippers celebrating Christmas. Father will cut off the Harlot Church and we need to rededicate ourselves back to Yahweh and His Truth and cut ourselves loose from the Harlot Church and everything that is not of HIM. To get back on the road, serving Him in SPIRIT and in TRUTH.

HANUKKAH DATES
Below are the following dates of this year’s Hanukkah celebration. Hanukkah will be celebrated on the Gregorian Calander from December 25th, 2024, to January the 2nd 2025. Tonight, at sunset, we will first light the SHAMMASH candle (middle candle) on the Chanukiah then use it to light the other candle. So, altogether, including the shammash, two lights are lit on the first night. The Chanukiah are lit from left to right during the following eight nights.

In our family everyone gets a turn to light a candle through the 8-day celebrations. After we lit the first candle with the Shammash candle someone else can read the daily devotional Scripture and have a short discussion of the Scripture mentioned for that day.

REDEDICATION DAY 1
WALK IN HIS WAYS
“I am going in the way of all the earth, and you be strong, and be a man, and keep the charge of YAHWEH your Elohim, to WALK IN HIS WAYS, to KEEP HIS STATUTES, HIS COMMANDS, and HIS JUDGEMENTS, and HIS TESTIMONIES, as it is written in the Torah of Moses, so that you may do wisely all that you do, and there wherever you may turn, so that YAHWEH may establish His Word which He spoke to me, saying, If your sons take heed to their way to walk before me in truth, with all their heart, and with all their soul saying, There shall not be a man to you cut off from the throne of Israel.” (1 Kings 2:2-4)
As believers of Yahweh and followers of Yahshua, we are grafted into the Olive Tree. We choose to serve the Elohim of Abraham, Izak and Jacob. If we choose to serve Yahweh, then we need to walk in His ways, keep His statutes and obey His commands. My prayer today is that Father Yahweh will lead us back to HIS WAYS on this first day of REDEDICATION, so that He may establish His Word in us and show us HIS WAYS and that we will keep HIS STATUTES and HIS COMMANDS from now on till the end.
One’s heart and soul must be toward YAHWEH continually, as if we are making our plans based on His will, He will fix our path in the same manner, but if not, we will go through trial in our walk. Iniquity is covered by mercy and truth, and in the fear of YAHWEH men turn aside from evil and leads us to repentance and is the beginning point for a true relationship with Him and humility. A man’s heart plans his way, but YAHWEH fixes his steps. (Prov 16:6-9)
My sincere prayer today is that you will find time in these 8 days of Hanukkah to rededicate yourself to Yahweh and His Son Yahshua and ask Them to refill you with new oil to burn like never before! The next Biblical year 5995, starting April 2025, will be a year of rededication and receiving Yahweh’s Hidden Manna in a Supernatural way. Let’s start ahead and rededicate ourselves to Him during this day of rededication Hanukkah Walk to be prepared for what lies Infront of us.
Like a very good friend of mine said yesterday: “May His Light brighten your days, fill your hearts with love, heal all your hurts and give you hope for the future.”
Blessed Hanukkah!
Shalom, Mattaniah
