ANOINTED AVIV

On April 9, at 3h00, I woke up and knew there is a message coming from Yahweh.  I heard Exodus 11 and stood up to get my Hebraic Study Bible to look up the given Scripture. With great surprise I saw Exodus 11 starts with the final plague on Pharoah and on Egypt in order to set the Israelites free. I then immediately knew why Yahweh is setting His finger on this Scripture.

Today, 9 April 2024, we are in the Biblical New Year of 5994, Aviv 1. We all know what happened during the final plague on Egypt and exactly in the next chapter we read in Exodus 12:2 “This month shall be the head of the months of the year for you.” Yahweh is referring here to the month Aviv written in Exodus 13:4, which is the first month for the Israelites starting their new journey as a free tribe. “Today, in the month of AVIV, you are going out.” This points us in the direction of exactly when Yahweh told us when His Head of Months will start of the first year the Israelites will be free, the start of the Biblical New Year, and today for all covenant believers.

If you are still uncertain why I refer to this year as the Biblical Year 5994, you are more than welcome to listen to my teaching and prophetic word released during Yom Teruah (Feast of Trumpets) September 2023. I am sharing the link again:

Within 7 days I am leaving for Israel and during my journey in the Holy Land, I will have the privilege to be there during the first three Biblical Feasts of Yahweh: 1. Pesach, 2. Unleavened Bread, and 3. Frist Fruits. It is very important for us to know when Yahweh’s appointed times are as Watchman to understand the fulfilment of it.

The Hebrew word for Holy Assembly is “mikraw” and can also mean “a rehearsal”.  The Holy Days tell the plan of salvation through redemption in the blood of Yahshua and each time the true believer celebrates these commanded days, each yearly cycle, they are rehearsing for the soon coming kingdom of YHWH.

What is happening in the month of Aviv, why is it the head of the months and why is this such an important biblical month?

I do not know ahead, in real life, what will happen in this time and season in Israel while I am there between 17 April and 2 May until I return to South Africa. What I do know, it already started with a BIG BANG! Exactly on the day when Aviv 1 started on 8 April @ 18h in the evening, there was a Total Solar Eclipse over America the same day! Was this just a coincidence or was it a big start for this new Biblical New Year? Oh yeah definitely a BIG START! If you missed the live footage I shared on Overturning Tables YouTube Channel about this Total Solar Eclipse, here are the links again:

This event right before the start of the biblical New Year and first Biblical month Aviv is definitely a message in the stars for all mankind from Yahweh.

During the month of Aviv, the Israelites received an instructions of taking a male flock animal with no blemish on the tenth day (Exo 12:3-5) and on the fourteenth day of this month they shall take the blood of this unblemished flock animal and put it on the doorposts of their houses. (Exo 12:6-7) Just a few verses further, verse 11, we learn that it will be called the Passover to YAHWEH. As He passed over the houses in Egypt He stroked every first-born that was not behind the blood washed doorposts with His judgement. “And the blood will be the SIGN to you, on the houses where you are. And I will see the blood, and I will pass over you. And the plague shall not be on you to destroy, when I strike in the land of Egypt.” (Exo 12:13)

In that night, behind closed doors and with blood on the doorposts, the Israelites ate the roasted flesh of this sacrificed, unblemished flock animal with unleavened bread and with bitter herbs.  “And the day shall be a memorial for you. And you shall celebrate it as a feast to YAHWEH, for your generations. You shall celebrate is as law forever.” (Exo 12:14) The day of Passover shall be celebrated forever. However YAHWEH has the prerogative to change the symbols of the Passover as He did in the New Covenant using bread and wine to symbolize the slain blood of the Lamb of Yah.

Just like Yahshua came into Jerusalem on Aviv 10th on a donkey as the unblemished Lamb (Matt 21:9) fulfilling this instruction of Yahweh to the Israelites in the New Covenant, on this exact day, Jerusalem received their Flock Animal.  Yahshua was also inspected by everyone for 4 days and exactly on Aviv 14th He was slaughtered as the unblemished flock animal foretold in Exodus 12 and sacrificed on the very day that the Israelites put blood on their doorposts.  And again, Yahweh is saying through this event “And the blood will be a SIGN to you, on the houses where you are. And I will see the blood, and I will pass over you. And the plague shall not be on you to destroy, when I strike in the land of Egypt.”

When you are covered with the Blood of Yahshua it will be a SIGN to Yahweh because all He sees is the Blood of His Son that covered our sins and that is why Yahweh will pass over us when He strike “Egypt” (the sinful world that didn’t accept His Son as Savior and kept so many people in bondage) and will not bring this plague of judgement over us, but He will set us free with a soon coming rapture before Yahshua will open the seals of judgement over the unsuspected, foolish, stubborn, sinful world, just as in the time of Pharaoh and Egypt.

During the month of Aviv we also read about the important instructions Yahweh gave Moses in Leviticus 23 to give to the Israelites, regarding His appointed times that links with the Exodus 12 events. These two Old Testament instructions and events again links up with prophetic Scriptures in the book of Psalms, Isaiah, Zechariah and Jeremiah that are fulfilled by Yahshua in the New Testament books Matthew, Mark, Luke, John on the exact same day of Aviv as the instructions in Exo 12 end Lev 23. Just take in consideration that these events in the different books, was written by different writers, in different eras, in different time zones in different lives. How extradentary is that?!

In the instructions of Leviticus 23 Yahweh reveals His 7 Feasts. Every one of these feasts will be fulfilled by Yahushua. On exactly the same day on the exactly same month. Yahshua already fulfilled the first four feasts of Yahweh and three of these feasts are celebrated in Aviv: 1. Pesach, 2. Unleavened Bread, and 3. Frist Fruits – exactly as Yahweh instructed in Exo 12 and Lev 23 it shall come to past in the New Testament too, on the exact same day in the Month of Aviv.

Yahshua was killed on Aviv 14 as Passover Lamb, He was buried before sunset of Aviv 14, and in the grave as Unleavened Bread on Aviv 15th when the Israelites celebrate Unleavened Bread instructed in Exo 12 and Lev 23. Three nights and three days in the grave Yahshua rises up on Aviv 17 as the FIRST FRUIT on exactly the same day that the Israelites celebrate the First Fruit Feast according to Lev 23’s instructions of Yahweh. If Yahweh is planning something, there will be no mistakes and everything will happened according to His timing, on His dates and Yahshua will fulfil each one of them.

When do we take the Passover meal?

Although there may be confusion to the timing of Passover due to there being two evenings in a day, a beginning and ending evening, there is only one “midnight” and if Passover is named for the “passing-over” of the death angel, and scriptures states the 14th day of the month is Passover, (Lev 23:5), then the death angel passed over on the 14th of Aviv at midnight, showing the meal had to be eaten early in the beginning of the 14th day and not late in the day at beginning of 15th as some wrongly do today. The custom of celebrating the Passover on the 15th day of Aviv came from modern Judaism but is not supported by Scripture.

Anyone who eats of the Passover must be “in covenant relationship”. Since circumcision is the sign of the 1st covenant it stands to reason one would have had to be circumcised before partaking of the meal. However, since baptism is the sign of the New Covenant and not circumcision one would not have to be circumcised to partake of the Passover symbols of the bread and wine in the New Covenant, but they would have to be baptized into the covenant by an elder of YHWH.

The appointed time to keep the Passover is on the 14th day of the first month Aviv, according to the Biblical calendar. There is no Biblical precedent for taking the Passover symbols of the bread and wine weekly, or monthly, that came into practice by Catholicism almost hundred years after the resurrection of Yahshua by a Catholic bishop, but the instruction by Yahshua was to celebrate His death once a year on Aviv 14th in 1 Cor 11:23-26 and in Luke 22:19-20.

ANOINTED MONTH OF AVIV

Aviv is the head of the new Biblical Year, it is a time of freedom, it is a time of celebration. It is a time of repentance and to be covered by the Blood of the Lamb. It is a time to rejoice in the knowing that we will be passed over if we walk in the Ancient Path of Yahweh, under the blood of Yahshua, and that the judgement of Yahweh will not strike us because the Blood is the SIGN. It is the time to renew our covenant relationship with Yahweh and if we are not baptized yet, to get baptized by an elder of YHWH and to enjoy the Passover symbols of the bread and wine with fellow covenant believers and to know our King is coming soon!

REVIVE, REPENT, RESTORE and ROAR!

Shalom, Mattaniah
