SIGNS OF A TRUE BIBLICAL COVENANT BELIEVER – SIGN 2

Just as a covenant between a man and a woman during their wedding vowels, and exchanging rings as a Covenant Sign, so will True Covenant Believers also have โ€œSIGNSโ€ of their Covenant with the Living Elohim whom they chose to worship. The Major Signs are:

GRAFTED INTO THE COVENANT OF ISRAEL

The replacement theology is a lie of Satan to hide the truth of Yahweh, and to show that the words and laws of Yahweh are pertinent to us today as believers since we are Israelites and part of the seed of Abraham. If you are a Gentile who is trying to join himself to Yahweh through a covenant relationship, there is only one way to do it, through the covenant of the House of Israel, through Abraham our forefather. A Gentile must join the one tree of Israel, rather than making Yahweh into a gentile โ€œgod.โ€

In Romans 11 we can learn that if we decide to worship the Elohim of Israel, we are grafted into the Olive Tree and the roots of this tree support us. Verse 16 states: “Now if the first-fruit is holy, so also the lump. And if the root is holy so also the branches.” If we are grafted in, we are part of this holiness of this tree and we are a sharer of the roots. “But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree were GRAFTED IN among them and become a SHARER OF THE ROOT and the fatness of the olive tree.” (Romans 11:17) With this revelation, and knowing now that we are grafted into the Olive Tree and part of this covenant, how can we ignore the SIGNS Yahweh gave to us as True Biblical Covenant Believers? If we are grafted in, we are part of all the commandments, all the feasts and also all the blessings. To honour Yahweh in His commandments and feasts are part of your worship to the only living God, YAHWEH our Creator God.

The second SIGN we will be discussing is: THE APPOINTED FEASTS OF YAHWEH. To conclude the discussion of SING 2, I will refer to my book, ENDTIME WATCHMAN, in Chapter 7 from page 72. Letโ€™s look at the 7 Biblical Feasts and I would like to share the different layers and meanings thereof, as they relate to our relationship with Yahshua. Understanding and applying spiritual principles will bring a lot of spiritual richness to our lives. It is going to show us to be a ready and a prepared bride. It will also lead you into divine healing and health and an abundant life in every dimension. As we know the 7 Biblical Feasts are:

  1. Passover / Pesach
  2. Feast of Unleavened Bread
  3. Feast of First Fruits
  4. Pentecost
  5. Feast of Trumpets
  6. Atonement
  7. Feast of Tabernacles

The 7 Biblical Feasts are tied into and interconnect with all the other patterns of seven in the Scripture. To see it in a picture like the other patterns of 7 you can put the 7 Biblical Feasts on the Menorah. This is a KEY that YAHWEH gave us in Scripture to unlock a lot of revelation of His Kingdom ways, principles, and patterns which we as End Time Watchman need to take note of in these last days.

In Leviticus 23, YAHWEH describes the 7 feasts that He desired for His people to celebrate, as well as the vital importance of the Sabbath. The Sabbath is the foundation of the 7 biblical feasts.

Many people mistake the biblical feasts as only being relevant to the Jews, however, they are not Jewish feasts, because in Scripture YAHWEH says these are His feasts.

Leviticus 23:2 โ€œSpeak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, concerning the feasts of YAHWEH, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are MY feasts.โ€

The 7 Biblical feasts are not only for YAHWEHโ€™s people in the Old Testament, but it is also still relevant to you and me as New Testament believers, under the New Testament covenant, provided by Yahshua on the cross.

One of the major reasons the Biblical feasts are relevant for us today is because they are prophetically symbolic of Yahshuaโ€™s first and second coming. Everything about these feasts has to do with Yahshua and therefore has everything to do with us.

Today in the world we use the Gregorian calendar, which is based on the sun, because in ancient times it was related to sun YAHWEH worshipping. It is related to the occultic religion of Freemasonry. The Bible is based on a different calendar which is related to the cycles of the moon. The moon represents the bride, and you will see the beautiful resemblance of that in another chapter.

Because the Bible uses a different calendar than the one, we use in the world, the dates of the feasts donโ€™t fall on the same dates we use on the Gregorian calendar every year.  The first four feasts are at the beginning of the year and the last 3 are at the end. The first four feasts are prophetically symbolic of Yahshuaโ€™s first coming. They occur in the March/April period during the Hebrew month called the Nissan. The last three feasts occur in the September/October period.

  1. Passover or โ€œPesachโ€ / Nisan 14

Everything that takes place during the Passover meal is symbolic of Yahshua dying for us and He was crucified on the day of Passover, at the exact time of the day, the day the Hebrews will sacrifice the Passover lamb. Therefore, fulfilling exactly what the Passover feast symbolises.  Yahshua was the spotless Passover lamb that paid the price on our behalf. This feast is also symbolic for us as bride to crucify our flesh.

Did you know there were forty-two generations from Abraham to Yahshua? However, when the names are counted, there are only forty-one.  There is a missing generation. What could that mean? Yahshua gave birth to the forty-second generation when he died on the cross for out of his side blood and water flowed. Blood and water come forth at birth.  The first Adam โ€œbirthedโ€ his wife out of his side, and so Yahshua gave birth to his bride from his wounded side. Yahshua wants to reproduce himself in us.  His last name is not Yahshua, Yahshua is the title that explains who He is. He is the Anointed ONE!

  • Feast of Unleavened Bread / Nisan 15

This feast is prophetically symbolic of when Yahshua was buried for three days. Once again Yahshua was buried at the exact time of the Feast of Unleavened Bread as a fulfillment of that feast.

Very interesting is that Yahshua is also known as the โ€œBread of Lifeโ€, and He was born in Bethlehem which is โ€œThe House of Breadโ€. So, He was born in the house of bread, He was named the Bread of Life, and he was buried on the feast of Unleavened Bread. Also interesting for me is that Yahshua Himself used unleavened bread around the table at the Last Supper.

This feast is also symbolic for us as bride of dying to self and to be dead to sin.

  • Feast of First Fruits / Nisan 17

This feast is prophetically symbolic of when Yahshua rose again, which He did, on this exact day of the Feast of First Fruits, as the First Fruit for many to come, which is you and I as explained in 1 Corinthians 15:20 โ€œBut now is Yahshua risen from the dead and become the first fruits of the that slept.โ€

This feast is also symbolic for us as bride to be alive in Yahshua and walk in His image.

  • Pentecost / Shavuot / Sivan 6

This feast is prophetically symbolic of when the Holy Spirit descended with tongues of fire on the disciples in the upper room, which again took place on this exact day of Pentecost.

Three thousand years earlier, to the day, Moses was on mount Sinai when YAHWEH gave him the Ketubah marriage covenant, which was His Word and His Law with the ten commandments on each of the stone tablets โ€“ as an exact identical photocopy of each other. But while YAHWEH was in the process of proposing to his people and giving them His Ketubah marriage covenant, they were busy committing adultery in spiritual fornication where they were busy worshipping a golden calf. And when Moses came down the mountain and saw this, he smashed the stone tablets and that was as YAHWEH in His grieve tearing up the marriage contract.

On that day 3000 people died because of their disobedience and rebellion. Three thousand years later, exactly to the day, it is the feast of Pentecost, which is Shavuot in Hebrew, where the Holy Spirit descends on the disciples in Acts 2 and they are filled with boldness and they witnessed to the people, and 3000 people got born again.

That was a redemption of the 3000 people who died on that day 3000 years earlier. Isnโ€™t it amazing how every detail in Scripture has significance? So, on the day of Pentecost / Shavuot, YAHWEH gave us His Word and His Holy Spirit. This feast is also symbolic for us as bride to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

  • Feast of Trumpets / Yom Teruah / Tishri 1

I want us to stand still for a moment at this feast. We find in Leviticus 23 that the Festivals of YAHWEH were appointed times established as yearly rehearsals that taught both historically and prophetically the whole plan of YAHWEH concerning the coming of the Messiah and the redemption of man. The first four feasts have been fulfilled and we celebrate them historically. They are Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, and the Feast of Weeks or Pentecost. These four Spring Feasts are considered to be an interrelated whole where Pentecost is the completion of the process begun at Passover.

Looking at the feasts with this understanding, it is significant that the events that are associated with those feasts are considered a unit and are quite distinctive from the Fall Feasts. The last three feasts; Trumpets, Atonement, and Tabernacles are celebrated in the Fall season and are yet to be fulfilled so they remain prophetic in nature.

Rosh HaShanah is the fifth of seven feasts, and it begins the High Holy Days or the Days of Awe. We know that from the time of the rapture to the end of the tribulation will certainly be days of awe!

The final seven days in the Days of Awe correspond prophetically to the time of Jacob’s trouble or the tribulation.

The final three feasts are Trumpets (Rosh HaShanah), Atonement (Yom Kippur), and Tabernacles. Prophetically, the feast of Trumpets is tied to the coming rapture of the True Biblical Covenant Believers.

Yom Kippur will find its prophetic fulfilment when all Israel is saved at the end of the tribulation. Tabernacles will find its prophetic fulfilment when YAHWEH once again tabernacles or dwells in the midst of His people at the beginning of the millennial reign.

Here is a list of the Feasts with their messianic significance.

  • Passover โ€“ Death of Yahshua
  • Unleavened Bread โ€“ Burial of Yahshua
  • First Fruits โ€“ Resurrection of Yahshua
  • Feast of Weeks (Pentecost) โ€“ The outpouring of the Holy Spirit
  • Feast of Trumpets โ€“ Rapture of the church
  • Atonement โ€“ The Second Coming
  • Feast of Tabernacles โ€“ The Messianic Era

There are four months that separate the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost) or the Spring Feasts unit from the Fall Feasts. Historically, it seems that the last two thousand years have been relatively quiet prophetically. That is changing significantly and has been since this century began. I believe that we are entering the season of the Fall Feasts.

The month before the High Holy Days is called Elul and is used to call people to repentance and to prepare to enter the Days of Awe.

There is a growing sense of the approaching Days of Awe on a worldwide scale, and many are getting serious about YAHWEH and personal holiness.

The Feast of Trumpets will soon find its prophetic fulfilment.

Why do we associate the Feast of Trumpets with the rapture of the church?

The Hebrew name for Rosh HaShanah is Yom Teruah or the day of the awakening blast. Following is the Days of Awe. This in itself presents a strong case for a pretribulation rapture.

The coronation of the King, the resurrection of the dead, the joy of the Messianic kingdom, and the wedding of the Messiah are among the many themes associated with Rosh HaShanah.

A strong theme associated with Teruah is to “awake.” Teruah can also be translated as “shout”. These themes are reminiscent of 1 Thessalonians 4: 15-17, “For we say this to you in the Word of Elohim, that we the living who remain to the coming of our Master will not at all go before those who have fallen asleep. Because the Master Himself shall come down from Heaven with a commanding shout of an archangelโ€™s voice, and with the trumpet of YAHWEH. And the dead in Messiah will rise again first. Then we who remain alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet with our Master in the air. And so we will always be with our Master. So then, comfort each other with these words.”

This passage is filled with Hebrew idioms that are expressly associated with Rosh HaShanah, the Feast of Trumpets and therefore this passage lends itself as cultural evidence that Rosh HaShanah will be the appointed day of the rapture of the church and the resurrection of the dead.

Since a significant theme of Rosh HaShanah is that of the wedding of the Messiah, let us now examine the ancient customs associated with the Jewish wedding ceremony to see if there are practices that correspond with many themes of this festival. Before the actual betrothal (a serious legal transaction), the woman indicated her acceptance of the man’s proposal of marriage by drinking a cup of wine. This is why Yahshua passed the cup of wine at the Last Supper. When we drink the wine of communion, we are accepting Him as our future groom. We are to remember Him, and not prostitute ourselves and soil our wedding garments.

The man would then pay a bride price. Yahshua paid for us with His life. The man would then give his betrothed gifts. Yahshua gave us the Holy Spirit. The man would then leave for a period of one to two years to go build a place for us – a wedding chamber.

Note that 1000 years is like a day to YAHWEH. Within 2 days or 2000 years, Yahshua will return for His bride! Upon completion of the wedding chamber, the bridegroom goes to get his bride at midnight with a host of people with him both shouting and blowing the shofar.

He then takes the bride to the wedding chamber. Notice that the bride is taken from her familiar surroundings to a place she has never been – the home of the bridegroom. They would immediately go to the marriage supper and then enter the bridal chamber for a period of seven days to consummate the marriage.

Rosh HaShanah is also known as the Day of Our Concealment. Note that the seven days that we are concealed within the bridal chamber correspond with the seven years of tribulation that will be unleashed by YAHWEH the Father upon an unbelieving world.

Notice again the strong evidence for a pretribulation rapture based on the Jewish wedding ceremony. When the seven days are completed, we will return with Yahshua and then Yom Kippur and Tabernacles will find their prophetic fulfillment.

One important word concerning Rosh HaShanah: Many people believe that we “will not know the day or the hour of His appearing”. They fail to realize, however, that this phrase taken from Matthew 24:36 is an actual common Hebrew idiom for Rosh HaShanah. Yahshuaโ€™s audience fully understood that what Yahshua was saying was “I will come again on Rosh HaShanah at some point in the future”.

I believe that all end time events are divinely planned and do not occur randomly. Furthermore, I believe that the rapture will occur at an appointed time and YAHWEH has revealed to us what the appointed times were and are in Leviticus 23 in His Festivals.

I also believe that we will, on some Rosh HaShanah, hear the awakening blast of the shofar and the shout of the archangel and we will dwell intimately in the presence of our Savior while the Days of Awe are unleashed upon the earth.

The feast of Trumpets is prophetic symbolic of when Yahshua will come and fetch His bride as the angels blow their trumpets and we will all go together with Yahshua in the clouds. The angels blowing their shofars or trumpets are why it is called the Feast of Trumpets. Whenever you see the word โ€œtrumpetโ€ in scripture, it refers to the blowing of the shofar. As I wrote, in Hebrew marriage customs, the bridegroom will blow his shofar when he is coming into town, at an unexp

unexpected time โ€“ like a thief in the middle of the night- to fetch his bride and go to their wedding. This Hebrew custom of the bridegroom blowing his shofar before getting his bride is a foreshow of the Feast of Trumpets where the angels are coming with Yahshua while blowing their trumpets, and that awesome sound will be audibly heard throughout the earth.

This time when Yahshua will come to fetch His bride, is commonly referred to as the rapture.

You wonโ€™t find the word โ€œraptureโ€ in the Bibles we have today, but his reality is more deeply understood when you understand the Hebrew customs of marriage which has the ultimate purpose of helping us understand everything surrounding Yahshua coming to fetch His bride in the end times.

We see for example the description of the rapture in the following scriptures:

1 Corinthians 15:52 โ€“ (New Living Translation)

โ€œIt will happen in a moment, in the blink of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown. For when the trumpet sounds, those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed.โ€

1 Corinthians 15:52 โ€“ (King James Version)

โ€ In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.โ€

1 Corinthians 15:52 โ€“ (New International Version)

โ€œIn a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.โ€

1 Corinthians 15:52 โ€“ (The Passion Translation)

โ€œIt will happen in an instantโ€” in the twinkling of his eye. For when the last trumpet is sounded, the dead will come back to life. We will be indestructible, and we will be transformed.โ€

Scripture says that the rapture will happen in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye in a flash, and in an instant โ€“ in other words, is going to happen very, very quickly where those who are a part of the bride of Yahshua will literally, physically disappear from this earth in split seconds as Yahshua comes to fetch His bride to take her away for the marriage supper of the lamb.

As it says in the Scripture, in that moment our bodies will be transformed from our physical body to our renewed body in the Spirit which is incorruptible. In other words โ€“ a Spirit body. It is where we physically transfer from the physical realm of this world into the Spiritual realm, where Yahshua is to be with Him.

Itโ€™s a very privileged time to be alive because all the Scriptural signs are here that indicate that we are the most likely generation to experience this. Itโ€™s going to be the most exciting, profound moments for those who are ready and are part of the bride of Yahshua.

We canโ€™t imagine that moment with our natural minds, but to give you a glimpse โ€“ imagine your body filled with light as your body is changed and transformed into a Spirit body in that split second! Imagine hearing the awesome trumped sound of the shofar! โ€œAnd he shall send his cherubs with a great sound of a large trumpet, and they will gather together His chosen ones from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.โ€ (Matthew 24:31)

Scripture tells us that Yahshua will come like a thief in the night. (2 Peter 3:10, Revelations 16:15, Matthew 24:43) As the previous four feasts came prophetically into fulfilment on the exact day of the feasts, the rapture will also take place exactly on this feast. We will not know the hour or the day. (Matthew 24:13,36 and Zachariah 14:7) Because the Feast of Trumpets is over a period of three days and two nights), starting on a sunset and ending on a sunrise, we will not know the day or hour. But therefore, it is very important to know the Hebrew- culture and translations of the Bible to understand when exactly He is coming back.

In the Hebrew culture, the Feast of Trumpets was also referred to as โ€œThe day and hour that no one knowsโ€.  Because in those days they didnโ€™t have NASSA and the technology of satellites that we have today. They didnโ€™t know exactly what night there would be a new moon, which signals the start of the Feast of Trumpets. It could be any one of two nights.  The priest would go outside at night and later look at the moon and if he could verify that there was a new moon, he would blow the shofar signalling the start of the Feast of Trumpets. Since they were not sure at which night the Feast of Trumpets would start, the feast was nick named โ€œThe day and hour that no one knowsโ€.

When Yahshua said He will come on โ€œthe day and hour no one knowsโ€, He was basically telling us exactly when He is coming. He is coming on the Feast of Trumpets to fetch His bride! Although we donโ€™t know exactly what year this will be, although I think it will be at the end of a Smitha cycle. The sound of the trumpets is meant to be an alarm to awaken a sleeping bride, which is the church in spiritual slumber, to prepare for the coming of our Bridegroom and Kind through repentance and sanctification of our hearts through renewing our minds with the word of YAHWEH.

The Feast of Trumpets starts on a new moon โ€“ in other words when there is no moon. The moon is symbolic of the bride who reflects the sunโ€™s light. On the Feast of Trumpets (a new moon) the Bride (moon) will disappear from the earth and be visible to the Son (sun). The significance of the feast starting on a new moon, where the moon disappears from the earth, and only being visible to the sun, is again symbolic of the rapture on the Feast of Trumpets. The bride will disappear from the earth and be seen only by the Son.

As the first four feasts came prophetically into the fulfilment of the first coming, on the exact day of the feasts, so will the last three also come into fulfilment on the exact days of the feasts, in the second coming.

  1. Yom Kippur / Day of Atonement / Tishri 10

All the other feasts are happy times of music and dancing, feasting and celebration but the Day of Atonement / Yom Kippur is the most serious day of the year.

In this time YAHWEHโ€™s people fast for 24 hours and seek YAHWEH in repentance because this day is prophetically symbolic of when YAHWEHโ€™s judgement will hit the earth. It is referred to in Scripture as the great and terrible day of YAHWEH. For example, Joel 2 explains a series of catastrophic events that will hit the earth and take place one after the other in this 24-hour period as revealed by the 7 trumpets of Revelation. This is another pattern of sevens in Scripture.

Around this time, the time of grace will come to an end and there will be great tribulation on the earth which Yahshua explained in Matthew 24:21 โ€œFor then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.โ€  On Yom Kippur, in Israel, there was an enormous amount of bloodshed in the Old Testament during their animal sacrifices, to atone for their sins. Yahshuaโ€™s blood on the cross was the ultimate fulfillment of the atonement of our sins and it is applied to our life through repentance which is the emphasis of the Day of Atonement.

Leading up to the Day of Atonement is what is called the โ€œTen Days of Aweโ€ because when these feasts are fulfilled at the end times, these will be the last ten days where a person has the opportunity to repent and have their names written in the Lambsโ€™ Book of Life before the books are closed and there is judgment.

The Day of Atonement also represents Yahshuaโ€™s second return with His army, who is the worshipping worrier Bride to remove the Anti-Christ from the earth, at Armageddon. With this event, He will remove all sin, which is the ultimate fulfillment of atonement.

  • Feast of Tabernacles / Sukkot / Tishri 15-22

The Hebrew name for the word Tabernacle is โ€œMishkanโ€. In Exodus 24:8 YAHWEH explained that His purpose for the tabernacle was so that He can dwell amongst us. Everything that the Israelites did in physical was a symbolic picture of the principles of his Kingdom that ABBA Father designed for our lives, spiritually.

When we become born again the Holy Spirit comes to live on the inside of us. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, we read that our bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit. We are now living tabernacles who are filled with the Spirit and presence of YAHWEH. In the New Millennium Yahshua will physically dwell amongst us, which is what the Fest of Tabernacles is a celebration of.

The Feast of Tabernacles represents the start of the New Millennium where Yahshua will physically tabernacle with us. We will then rule and reign with Him for a thousand years. YAHWEH created the earth in six days, and then He rested on the seventh day. 2 Peter 3:8 tells us โ€œBut, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with YAHWEH as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day.โ€ Just as six days were given to work, so YAHWEH gave 6000 years for mankind on earth, just as YAHWEH rested on the seventh day after six days of work, after 6000 years are up, so we also will enjoy a millennium rest with Him for a thousand years, making a total of 7000 years. This is also linked to the seven days of the week. This millenniumโ€™s final thousand years of rest is the ultimate fulfilment of the Sabbath day of rest on the seventh day. Therefore, the foundation of the feasts is the Sabbath. After the final 1000 years of rest, Scripture says that heaven and earth will pass away and there will be a new heaven and a new earth.

The feasts are not for a certain group of people, tribe or nation, it is the Feasts of Yahweh, and it is part of us through YAHSHUA in us and how He fulfil each one of them in His timely manner because we are grafted into the Olive Tree and that tree’s roots are supporting us, and that makes us part of THE OLIVE TREE in every way.
